Salary £23,000 – £33,000 (depending on experience) Are you ahead of the curve? Can you spot the next big thing in digital marketing and arts marketing? Could you help drive the AMA’s future digital strategy? The AMA (Arts Marketing Association) is a dynamic membership organisation offering a range of professional development opportunities for those seeking to bring art and audiences together. We have 1,700 members and growing from across all art forms (theatres, galleries, museums, touring companies etc.). We’ve just taken on four new posts and are seeking to add one more in order to deliver on ambitious new targets in membership development and content delivery. We are seeking to appoint a Digital Content Manager to fill a diverse and interesting role comprising elements of web project management, editing / curating, content production, digital marketing, and digital journalism. The role will sit at the heart of the arts and cultural sector, curating and sharing best practice in arts marketing and audience development with a wide range of members and non-members. We are looking for someone with experience of successfully managing a significant website or digital project. You will have strong marketing and audience development knowledge and a flair for writing and editing content. You will have proven project management skills and will be ahead of the pack in terms of your digital skill and knowledge. This is a full-time post based in Cambridge. Fixed initially for three years thanks to part funding from Arts Council England’s Audience Focus fund, with the possibility of extension.
